About the Role:
As a Social Media Manager/Digital Marketer, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our AI Venture Lab. You will be responsible for managing our online platforms, optimizing content for search engines, and driving customer acquisition through targeted campaigns. Your work will be essential in ensuring our brand reaches the right audience and creates meaningful engagement across all channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Content Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts while engaging with audiences and tracking performance metrics.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns to increase customer acquisition and engagement.
• Advertising: Create and manage advertisements across platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

About You:

• Educational Background: A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and ad management platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Complementary Traits: Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with AI or tech industries is a plus but not required.

• Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
• Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
• Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
• Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you choose that this internship is for you.
