We are one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team!

As a Camp Counsellor, you will be responsible for supervising groups of campers, leading activities, ensuring participant safety, and creating an engaging and memorable camp experience. You will be working at one of our camp locaitons in Mississauga full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. Successful counsellors bring high energy, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage groups of campers throughout the day
  • Lead games, sports, and recreational activities
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
  • Assist with camper check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage group transitions and daily schedules
  • Resolve minor conflicts and behavioural issues professionally
  • Communicate effectively with fellow staff and camp leadership
  • Serve as a positive role model for campers
  • Set up and take down equipment and activity areas
  • Follow all camp policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures

Requirements
  • Passionate about working with and engaging young children is a must.
  • Availability on weekdays Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • Reliable and professional.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers.
  • Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents.
  • High energy individual who is physically fit and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 2+ hours
  • Available to work through Summer and Winter seasons.
