We are looking for a Site Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day operations of our youth sports facilities and ensure every customer has a safe, organized, and exceptional experience.

You will welcome families, athletes, coaches, and staff, keep programs running smoothly, and make sure our facilities are operating at the standard our customers expect.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable taking ownership. You will be responsible for keeping an eye on the big picture while also making sure the small details are taken care of.

Customer Experience

  • Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive environment
  • Help families, athletes, and coaches with questions and requests
  • Make sure customers know about upcoming programs, events, products, and opportunities
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective solutions

Daily Facility Operations

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the facility during your shift
  • Take attendance and verify rosters for programs and activities
  • Monitor facility schedules and ensure programs start and finish on time
  • Ensure spaces are properly prepared and ready for customers

Staff & Program Support

  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure shifts are properly covered
  • Help coordinate staff throughout the facility based on operational needs
  • Communicate with coaches, instructors, and other team members
  • Help ensure staff are meeting our standards for customer service and professionalism

Inventory & Products

  • Monitor facility and program inventory
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are available, organized, and properly maintained
  • Promote and sell relevant products, programs, events, and services to customers
  • Help ensure merchandise and promotional materials are properly displayed

Benefits

Compensation: $19-27 p/h depending on experience
