How you will contribute
You will be required to provide relief to warehouse drivers, Shunters and others in Shipping. This position would be 75% in the warehouse and 25% shunting.
Operate Forklifts and Clamp trucks
Duties may involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to, level up at the cooler, receiving, Costco Trays, loading of all trailers and other duties as assigned.
Ensure the Oracle label, RF gun (Scanner) and product matches
Observe and report any damaged product to the Supervisor
Ensure load is balanced and load bars are placed and secured correctly.
Moves trailers throughout the shipping yard in a safe and efficient manner.
Operates Shunt tractor in a safe and efficient manner in accordance all Company safety procedures and regulations.
Completes all re-fuelling of reefer fuel tanks
Performs any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisor.
What will enable you to contribute:
A-Z license, and be a certified Fork Truck operator.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education and experience.
Previous experience in similar operation would also be considered an asset;
2 years of experience in a similar role
Availability to work on all shifts : Days, evenings, nights, weekends and Holidays
Required to work most Saturdays
