How you will contribute

You will be required to provide relief to warehouse drivers, Shunters and others in Shipping. This position would be 75% in the warehouse and 25% shunting.

• Operate Forklifts and Clamp trucks

• Duties may involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to, level up at the cooler, receiving, Costco Trays, loading of all trailers and other duties as assigned.

• Ensure the Oracle label, RF gun (Scanner) and product matches

• Observe and report any damaged product to the Supervisor

• Ensure load is balanced and load bars are placed and secured correctly.

• Moves trailers throughout the shipping yard in a safe and efficient manner.

• Operates Shunt tractor in a safe and efficient manner in accordance all Company safety procedures and regulations.

• Completes all re-fuelling of reefer fuel tanks

• Performs any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisor.

What will enable you to contribute:

• A-Z license, and be a certified Fork Truck operator.

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education and experience.

• Previous experience in similar operation would also be considered an asset;

• 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Availability to work on all shifts : Days, evenings, nights, weekends and Holidays

• Required to work most Saturdays
