We are seeking a creative Short-Form Content Script Writer to create engaging scripts for real estate and digital marketing content, primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The ideal candidate can turn property details into natural, attention-grabbing scripts and adapt their writing to different brands and audiences.

Qualifications:
- Experience writing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form platforms
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to write conversational scripts that sound natural on camera
- Strong understanding of hooks and social media content
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude
