This is a remote position.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Shopify Support (Junior Role) who will assist in building, managing, and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce store. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow their career in e-commerce and digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining the Shopify website from the ground up.

  • Upload and manage thousands of products, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates.

  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure the website and product listings are optimized for search visibility and organic growth.

  • Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and visually appealing online store experience.

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure product data accuracy and proper website functionality.

  • Support in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining smooth store operations.

  • Monitor site performance, analytics, and provide improvement recommendations.




Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Shopify building and management, e-commerce support, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of Shopify themes, product uploading, and store setup.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization for product listings.

  • Knowledge in Canva, basic HTML/CSS, or Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle large product databases.

  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
