We are seeking an experienced contractor to support a strategic migration project involving the transition of Nintex-based workflows from on-premises SharePoint environments to cloud-based SharePoint Online solutions leveraging Power Apps and related Microsoft 365 technologies. This role requires a versatile professional who can combine quality assurance discipline, project coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to help drive successful delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Management & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end delivery of the migration project, including planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. 

  • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and vendors. 

  • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, action logs, and governance updates. 

  • Ensure deliverables remain on track with agreed timelines and priorities. 

 

Business Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements, clarify workflows, and validate business needs. 

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and user discussions related to process redesign and workflow modernization. 

  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on progress, impacts, and readiness activities. 

  • Support change management and user adoption efforts. 

 

Quality Assurance / Testing

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies for migrated workflows and Power Apps solutions. 

  • Validate functionality, data integrity, permissions, and process outcomes post-migration. 

  • Track defects, coordinate remediation, and verify successful resolution. 

  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards prior to production release. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hybrid QA, PM, Business Analyst, or Delivery role on enterprise technology projects. 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (on-prem and/or SharePoint Online). 

  • Experience supporting workflow migrations involving Nintex, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft 365. 

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, UAT processes, and defect management. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate. 

  • Familiarity with SharePoint permissions, forms, document workflows, and governance. 

  • Experience in migration, transformation, or modernization programs. 

  • PMP, Scrum, CBAP, or QA certification is an asset.
