Who we are

Better Collective is a global digital sports media group on a mission to excite sports fans and build communities worldwide. We operate at the intersection of sports, media, technology, betting, and prediction markets. With brands like FUTBIN, HLTV, Action Network, Playmaker HQ, VegasInsider, Bolavip, FutbolSites, and more, we engage 450+ million monthly users worldwide. We combine the scale of a corporation with the speed and mindset of a startup.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and passionate Commercial Content Writer focused on commercial and evergreen content for our portfolio of sites to join our growing NA affiliate team. In this role, you will create articles designed to convert new users to sportsbooks, prediction markets, DFS, and casinos and help maintain many of our pages related to those topics using your expert acumen and knowledge as well as AI tools.

We believe that great SEO content isn’t content that features the most keywords but is the content that performs the best in organic search. That starts with an aspiration to create the best content for the informational needs of our visitors. This might include crafting stories and providing statistical commentary on popular betting markets. We’re not interested in creating digital landfill; we want to create content that achieves fantastic reach.

Vacancies & Schedule Availability: We are currently hiring for two (2) open positions requiring availability to work some nights and weekends based on the U.S. sports calendar from Thursday to Monday.

What you’ll do
  • Create daily news articles about sign-up offers around the sports betting industry.

  • Use AI as a tool for content creation while editing and humanizing it for publishing, ensuring all AI-created content has the Better Collective voice and best-in-market expertise.

  • Create and update commercial pages (e.g., sportsbook review pages) and ensure offers are up-to-date, accurate, and supporting content is compliant.

  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure the content is optimized for search engines and test marketing language to improve click-through rates on promotions.

  • Be goal-oriented and work collaboratively on a team that hits dedicated KPIs and user metrics.

What we’re looking for
  • A passion for sports and familiarity with the sports betting and prediction market industries, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Baseline understanding of SEO and a proven track record in creating effective, creative content that performs well in organic search.

  • Expert opinions and hands-on expertise with sportsbook and prediction market apps, knowing the target audience of people betting and trading.

  • Ability to write clean copy, self-edit pieces, and stay goal-oriented and proactive about reaching business objectives.

  • Availability to work either a Monday–Friday or Thursday–Monday shift schedule based on the U.S. sports calendar.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in news SEO and ranking in the Google News carousel and AI overviews.

  • You confidently call yourself a sports betting and prediction market expert.

  • Hands-on experience creating and sub-editing content using prompts with LLMs.

What we offer
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.

  • Financial Security: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible/Remote work environment with generous Paid Time Off and paid national holidays.

  • Community & Growth: A supportive culture that celebrates success, learns together, and offers continuous professional development in leading digital media.
