The QA Lead will be responsible for testing medium to large Pega/BPM projects, managing manual and automated testing, executing database queries, and validating business logic. They will also coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle.

We are looking for a talented QA Lead with experience in Pega/BPM projects. This role will be responsible for testing of medium to large projects using multiple delivery channels across various platforms, configurations, and environments. A hands-on technical lead to assess the risk and quality of changes and enhancements of existing applications and processes which support the domestic bank network.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge on testing concepts
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Hands on experience of executing Database queries
- Solid hands on experience working with SQL DB
- Strong experience reading and writing complex SQL statements and queries for back-end testing
- Excellent hands on working experience with ETL testing
- Must be good in validating Business logic and transformation rules
- Solid experience writing test strategies for PO sign-off
- Solid experience managing HP QC/Test management tool and Jira
- Solid understanding and experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Assign and review test documentation (functions, test cases, scripts);
- Manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting time and needs requirements; co-ordinate code delivery with external service providers Continually evaluate priorities for various projects in response to frequent directional changes and take decisive action as required.
- Work closely with the development group to resolve defects; escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Make recommendations to release the code to Production
- Work with individual project teams, during the software development life cycle, to ensure business and technical requirements have been fulfilled; contribute recommendations and assessments to ongoing project reviews
- Exposure to Pega testing methodologies and environments.
- Be a quality lead in defining quality metrics for Pega systems.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Scrum / Agile certification *preferred
