About the Role:
As part of the Real Assets IT team, you will be responsible for providing L3 Yardi support, delivering technical expertise, and driving enhancements for Yardi Voyager modules — ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
• Analyse, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, interfaces, controls, and outputs.
• Design, develop, and code Yardi system enhancements per project specifications and user requirements.
• Install, test, and debug enhancements to meet performance standards.
• Produce and maintain process documentation for end‑users.
• Engage with business partners to validate enhancements and monitor solution effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing maintenance to keep software optimized.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across OS, database, and SQL layers.
• Resolve Yardi Voyager helpdesk tickets, managing daily submissions at Tier 3 support level.
• Recommend system improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance Yardi Voyager functionality.
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience with Yardi development
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding and demonstrated proficiency with core software development processes - debugging, code tuning, code management and branching, coding styles and refactoring.
• Must be self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Salary Range: CAD $120,000 - $150,000
