THE ROLE: Senior UX Product Designer
ABOUT YOU
You’re a Senior UX/Product Designer who thinks in systems and owns complex experiences end‑to‑end. You care deeply about understanding customers and are fluent in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. You have strong experience in B2B & B2C SaaS or other complex web & mobile applications, simplifying dense workflows into intuitive experiences. You communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders and can explain the business impact of your design decisions. You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in an evolving environment with a strong growth mindset.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead discovery and validation through interviews, surveys, prototype testing, and usage analysis.
- Own usability testing end to end: plan, run, synthesize, and translate findings into decisions the team can execute.
- Design holistic user journeys and information architecture across the Caregiver experience.
- Translate customer and business goals into flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and detailed specs in Figma.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to scope work, resolve edge cases, and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Use analytics and qualitative insights to iterate and measure impact on activation, adoption, retention, and trust.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED (CORE)
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including meaningful work on complex web and mobile applications (ideally B2B SaaS).
- A portfolio that shows your process: research, exploration, iterations, trade-offs, and outcomes.
- Hands-on experience running user research and usability testing and turning insights into strong designs.
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for modeling complex flows.
- Ability to influence with clear rationale and tie design work to measurable results.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (design + prototyping) and Jira (design work, tickets, engineering collaboration) with strong written/verbal communication.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with the eldercare either through prior work or personal experience.
- Close collaboration with data science, research, or analytics teams.
- Experience mentoring other designers or helping mature design practices in a growing team.
Don’t tick every box? If you’re excited about the role and believe you can grow into it, we still want to hear from you.
