Your Team's Impact 

We’re seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you’ll design industry-leading experiences for our Investor Relations platform, enabling Investor Relations professionals to manage their programs more effectively. 

You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team including leadership, product managers, developers, and customer success to drive user-centric solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering impactful results.

This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, self-driven, and eager to take ownership of the entire UX process—from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation. Candidates with experience in the financial or capital markets sector will be especially valued.

Opportunities for Impact:

  • Designing end-to-end experiences for Investor Relations professionals to manage their workflows and engage with investors.
  • Driving the vision for how issuers gather insights, such as survey feedback, from investors and shareholders.
  • Collaborating with other designers to improve platform navigation, information architecture, and dashboard experiences.
  • Defining scalable solutions for global compliance, reporting, and communication needs for Investor Relations teams.

What You'll Do 

  • Design CRM experiences that make it faster and easier for users to engage with their investors and manage their workflows.
  • Turn ambiguous user problems into concrete, actionable design solutions.
  • Shape the platform’s roadmap by prototyping and pitching new ideas that drive user and business value.
  • Uphold design quality and consistency by contributing to our global design system.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless delivery of user-centric solutions.
  • Partner with our product team to uncover user needs and validate design decisions.
  • Work closely with content designers to define intuitive and scalable information architecture.
  • Share your work regularly in design reviews and with company leadership.
  • Focus on your core strengths, whether that’s sketching, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, or front-end development, while honing new skills.

What We're Looking For 

Required Skills 

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in designing end-to-end experiences for complex workflows, including dashboards, CRM’s.
  • Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into elegant design solutions.
  • Experience contributing to and using design systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, and content design.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design work and articulate rationale.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and improving your craft. 

Desired Skills 

  • Experience designing for B2B platforms or enterprise users.
  • Familiarity with investor relations, financial platforms, or compliance workflows.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and methods to test and validate ideas.

The budgeted amount range for this position is 100,000 - 130,000 CAD.
