You will work within cross-functional consulting teams and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and client stakeholders. Depending on your experience level, you will either contribute to or lead design initiatives, research activities, and client engagements.

You will:

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts, progressing to advanced interaction models and system-level thinking at the senior level

  • Translate insights into clear, actionable design recommendations and present them to internal teams and clients
  • Apply and advocate for accessibility best practices, ensuring alignment with WCAG standards
  • Contribute to or lead Agile UX processes, including planning, retrospectives, and iterative delivery
  • Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and teammates while championing human-centered design

At the senior level, you will additionally:

  • Lead complex design initiatives and act as a primary design contact for clients
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to align teams and stakeholders
  • Architect advanced information structures and scalable design solutions
  • Lead research strategy, synthesize large datasets, and drive insight-led decision making
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, standards, and UX practices
  • Mentor team members and help grow design capability across projects and the organization
  • Influence product direction and strategic decisions through deep domain knowledge
