About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Consultant within our Canadian Global Payments and Liquidity business. This role is for a vacancy in our Toronto office.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships

  • Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Consulting functional area

  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues

  • Lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Canadian and US Treasury Management products and services

  • Skilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication

  • Ability to think strategically, implement and deliver business objectives

  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and relationships

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to occasionally travel within Canada and the USA (3/4 times per year)

  • Position will require onsite presence in the location listed.

  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
