  • Own Wealth Management’s use of enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Review solution designs and technical approaches to ensure quality and consistency
  • Oversee bot monitoring, incident management, and production support
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks, standards, and development practices

Team & Vendor Leadership

  • Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to RPA developers, analysts, and delivery partners
  • Manage vendor relationships where applicable
  • Ensure delivery capacity aligns with business demand and priorities

Value Tracking & Reporting

  • Define and track automation benefits, including efficiency gains, cycle time reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Provide regular updates on automation performance and outcomes
  • Support business cases and prioritization decisions with clear data and insights
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI‑enabled automation (e.g., document understanding, intelligent decisioning, exception handling, conversational interfaces) to improve advisor and client experiences.

Drive adoption of human‑in‑the‑loop automation patterns, ensuring appropriate controls, explainability, and risk mitigation for AI‑assisted workflows.

What You Bring

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence across business and technology teams
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery oversight
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and complexity in a large organization

Education & Certifications
