As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you will translate business objectives and technical requirements into clear system functionality and deliverable scope. You will guide features through the full development lifecycle, leveraging software development methodologies, AI tools, and strong documentation practices while ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with stakeholder needs. You will partner closely with your scrum team, provide demos, review functionality for acceptance, and mentor junior TPOs to support both team growth and product excellence.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM- 5 PM

- Elicit, analyze, and translate business and technical objectives into clear system functional requirements and product scope
- Apply appropriate software development methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, requirement analysis, documentation quality, and workflow efficiency
- Create high-quality documentation for features, capabilities, and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs
- Own features end-to-end, guiding them through discovery, development, testing, and release
- Review and accept completed functionality to ensure it meets defined requirements, quality standards, and user value
- Ensure effective communication across teams regarding feature status, impacts, risks, and delivery timelines
- Deliver stakeholder demos and participate in sprint demos to showcase work in progress and completed functionality
- Own designated product capabilities, ensuring deep understanding of their design, dependencies, and how proposed changes impact performance, integrity, and quality
- Partner with business users and technical teams to map business processes and design cost-effective system solutions
- Review, evaluate, and influence solutions to ensure they align with enterprise standards, architectural guidelines, and long-term product strategy
- Support enhancement, maintenance, and new development efforts across applications, systems, and platforms
- Develop innovative approaches for solving product challenges and improving delivery processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in Technical Product Ownership, influencing strategy and team performance

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a liaison between business and technology organizations and the ability to communicate effectively with both and champion the needs of both
- 4+ years of experience as a Product owner leading scrum teams
- 3+ years of experience evaluating new technology frameworks and prototypes
- 1+ years of American Health Care IT experience
- 1+ years of experience in driving solutions that map to the global target architecture, standards, and roadmaps in a distributed hardware, operating systems, and cloud computing
- 1+ years of experience analyzing the current business, detecting critical deficiencies, and recommending solutions for improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- American Health Care IT experience: ex: EHR, Practice Management, Interface Engines, HL7, CDA, or DICOM
- Systems integration projects
- Thrives in a high-velocity environment, delivering high quality output
- Loves understanding, championing, and documenting the business and technical objectives
- Drives toward high-quality acceptance criteria
