We are thrilled to announce we are hiring for a Senior Data Consultant. This key role involves leading data-focused projects and mentoring junior consultants while providing advanced reporting and analytics solutions to our clients. What You'll Do
- Lead client engagements to assess data needs and deliver custom solutions.
- Oversee the transfer of historical data from clients' legacy systems into ERP AE, ensuring project success.
- Design and implement complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards.
- Provide expert-level data analytics and reporting services to drive client success.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in data-related tasks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data migrations and ERP implementations.
- Stay current on trends in data analytics and reporting to continually improve service offerings.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery.
Your First 90 Days
- First 30 Days: Complete HR orientation, meet the Unanet Professional Services team, and begin shadowing senior team members in advanced data tasks.
- First 60 Days: Take ownership of small client data tasks, oversee report development, and engage in advanced Power BI dashboard creation.
- First 90 Days: Lead historical data migrations, mentor junior consultants, and present observations and recommendations on current processes to leadership.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or similar capacity
- Extensive experience in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Advanced skills in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Strong background in relational databases and data architecture.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale data migrations from legacy systems.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Your Differentiators
- Familiarity with Unanet AE ERP is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of accounting/finance principles and experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry preferred.
- Prior experience in leading data projects and business consulting preferred.

The salary range for this opportunity is $98,000 - $120,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
