Job Description

Complete Duties

  Understand business requirements, Uses Cases and functional specifications·        

Create Technical Specification documents·        

Identify and analyze issues and discuss them with business for resolutions.·      

  Build the RPG/CLE codes as per the technical specification.·       

 Review the unit test cases. Coordinate for SIT and UAT with respective teams. ·        

Define the jobs in iSeries Advanced job scheduler.    ·      

  Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs·       

 Maintaining the issues/queries log and coordinate with testing team.·        

Follow the SDLC process established in the organization and create and maintain all relevant requirements artifacts

Skills Required

Should have atleast 10+ years as a Technical Business Analyst.      

Atleast 3+ years of experience as a BA in Contact Center area.      

Should have development experience in iSeries using RPG/400, RPGLE, CL/400, and CLLE programming.         

 Good to have knowledge of Mainframes for checking the datasets which would be transferred to AS-400 instance.·        

Must be able to fix the issues in IST/UAT production within the defined time.·       

 Must possess good knowledge & hands on experience in banking domain in the areas of retail banking and credit cards.Very good written and oral communication skills, stakeholder interaction skills, self motivated and proactive.
