Reporting to the AVP Transfer Pricing & International, the Senior Tax Analyst, Transfer Pricing will be a member of the Transfer Pricing Team within Group Tax. The team is responsible for ensuring that all inter-company transactions are conducted at arm's length, adhere to the transfer pricing requirements for each tax jurisdiction and support the business units with respect to related party transactions.
You will work with the team to prepare the Canada and US transfer pricing compliance and reporting requirements and potentially for Asia transfer pricing compliance. There will also be an opportunity to assist in other International Tax compliance.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of Canada and US related party tax forms along with the country-by-country report
Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for North America
Support the team in select benchmarking research and market comparability analysis for related party transactions
Create and run reports from the Ledger to support global related party transactions
Maintain Transfer Pricing SharePoint site
Assist in related party contract management
Assist in other International Tax compliance
Contribute to other projects and initiatives when they arise
Required Qualifications:
Accounting background with at least 2 years of Tax or Finance experience
Keen attention to detail and solid understanding of account reporting as it pertains to expense management
Strong computer skills (particularly Excel, Power BI) to run various reports from the Ledger and subsequently, creating supporting working papers
Ability to manage large quantities of data and present information in a concise manner
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the finance and tax community to obtain support for related party transactions and other compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA certification an asset

Salary range is expected to be between
$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
