Job Description: 

The business is growing, and with it, our HR team! To support our continued growth, we are looking to add a rockstar Senior Talent Acquisition professional to our team to partner with leaders across the organization to help shape and build out their teams. In this role you will lead initiatives across the business spanning supporting department organizational design, talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives, and full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization.  The ideal candidate will be someone who can balance speed with quality, who cares about learning and executing best practices.   If you are passionate about the scaling journey, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with key leaders across the organization and they design and build out their teams to scale
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for allocated roles, including: 
    • Creating job descriptions and scorecards
    • Directly sourcing candidates and reviewing direct applicants
    • Scheduling candidates for all interview stages
    • Presenting offers and negotiating with candidates
    • Conducting professional references
  • Lead and participate in Talent Acquisition and broader People & Culture projects and initiatives 

Requirements and Skills: 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Previous experience working directly with ELT and SLT level stakeholders
  • Previous experience doing direct sourcing 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven and a strong problem-solver
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Must have previous in-house recruitment experience; previous experience in a scaling SaaS organization strongly preferred
