What you'll do:
- Be the ultimate matchmaker: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for a diverse range of roles.
- Build talent pipelines that wow: Develop and refine creative recruitment strategies to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
- Become a trusted advisor: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on hiring best practices.
- Create a candidate experience that shines: Ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Data is your superpower: Track key metrics, analyze data, and optimize our hiring processes for maximum efficiency.
- Be a brand champion: Promote TouchBistro as an employer of choice and attract top talent to our amazing team.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
- Expert-level sourcing skills: You're a LinkedIn Recruiter pro and know how to leverage diverse channels to find the best candidates.
- A collaborative spirit: You build strong relationships with hiring managers and thrive in a team environment.
- A passion for results: You're driven, solution-oriented, and love the challenge of finding the perfect fit for every role.
- Able to work from our downtown office 2-3 times per week.
- Experience in the SaaS industry or recruiting for tech roles.
