About Us

At Rodan Energy, we're Making Sustainable, Attainable, by optimizing he world's power grid. As a leading North American energy services company, we help clients reduce energy costs and GHG emissions, support electrification, and enhance grid efficiency. With over 20 years of industry leadership, we are trusted by North America’s largest energy users, power producers, and utilities.

Why Join Rodan

High‑growth sector: Be part of a rapidly evolving energy landscape where innovation and sustainability are accelerating demand for technical talent.
Meaningful impact: Hire the talent that powers Rodan’s expansion across energy markets, analytics, and commercial growth.
Strong culture: Join a high‑performing, collaborative team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and leadership development.

Our Ideal Candidate Profile for the Role:

You're not just a recruiter. You're a connector, a storyteller, and a builder.

You've done the agency grind — you know how to move fast, source deep, and close deals. You've also worked inside a business and understand what it really takes to hire for impact and how to build an optimal candidate experience. Now you're looking for something more: a role where you get to shape the talent strategy, not just fill the req.

At Rodan Energy, we're building the team that powers North America's energy transition — and we need a TA partner who's as fired up about energy as the Engineers, Sales Execs and Energy Traders they'll be hiring. Think Energy Market Managers, Power Systems Engineers, Business Development Directors, and the analysts making sense of the grid in real time. These are niche, competitive, highly technical roles — and you'll become the go-to expert in finding the people who fill them.

This isn't just about filling seats. It's about becoming the most connected TA professional in Canadian energy. You'll build Rodan's employer brand alongside your own — telling our story on LinkedIn, getting known in the market, and turning sourcing into a competitive advantage.

You'll mentor a TA Coordinator and help define what great looks like on the team. And as Rodan grows — with global ambitions firmly in motion — so does this role.

If you're a lifelong learner who loves complex hiring problems, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants their fingerprints on the future of an industry.
