Responsibilities
- Review survey questionnaires and formulate recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout.
- Coordinate and consult with Data Processing Team on how to best structure the survey for efficient data delivery and tabulations.
- Provide post-delivery support.
- Interact with other Survey Programmers, Data processors, QA, PM's, sales regarding programming and technical requirements of the project.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
- Consistently program surveys accurately following client specifications.
- Ensure completion of projects by the established deadline and/or notify appropriate staff with alternate plans when necessary.
- Is able to handle complex projects independently and join client calls on request basis.
- Train and mentor team members on new products and services.
- Possibly take over the team when the Team Lead is OOO.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in programming custom exercises (MaxDiff, CJ, WW, GG, Trade-off, shelf etc.)
- Able to work on multi-level custom LF priority allocations or custom segmentations/algorithms without supervision or assistance
- At least 4 yrs. experience in survey programming or equivalent
Knowledge & Skill
- Experience working with MS Office tools (word, excel, powerpoint).
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and python.
- Experience programming with ConfirmIt, Decipher, CMIX or any programming tool
- Experience working as a survey programmer
- Expert in the R&D library and tools implementation. Tools debug and amendments via JS/CSS.
- Has strong customer centric skills and can take on escalation calls independently
