Qohash is building the zero copy data security control layer, enterprises need to adopt AI safely.

Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data. This zero copy architecture reduces exposure, preserves data sovereignty, and allows enterprises to secure data directly where it lives.

This matters because AI adoption is increasing the risk, complexity, and urgency of enterprise data security. Before organizations can safely deploy AI agents, copilots, retrieval systems, or automated workflows, they need to know where sensitive data lives, who and what can access it, and how to enforce controls at scale.

Company culture is at our core

Our 5 core values are more than just words, they are a way of life for us. We know that companies with a strong culture and a higher purpose perform better in the long run.
Do our values speak to you?

  • Pursuit of excellence
  • Resilience
  • Mission focus
  • Accountability
  • Embracing conflict
Who you are

Qohash is seeking a senior, dynamic Regional Vice President, to join our Sales team. Reporting to the SVP Revenue, this role plays a dual role in driving the growth of Qohash by hunting for direct opportunities and selling our innovative solutions through our Partner ecosystem.

You bring an established network and reputation within the cybersecurity and data security community; large enterprise buyers, partners, and industry peers already know your name. That existing credibility means you can open doors into net-new enterprise accounts quickly, and you are equally comfortable running the commercial conversation and speaking credibly to a CIO, CISO, or CFO audience about data risk and governance.

With an uncapped commission structure that rewards high achievers and provides accelerators for exceeding quotas, the unlimited earning potential reflects Qohash's commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence at the level this role is built for.

What you will do
  • Build pipeline in a greenfield territory within the ideal customer profile, using your enterprise network to reach decision-makers quickly.
  • Own the full sales cycle, direct or through partners, supported by Marketing and Solutions Engineering.
  • Map target accounts and key stakeholders, and identify each prospect’s problem space so you can offer prescriptive guidance and thought leadership.
  • Present Qohash’s business value and relevant use cases in line with each prospect’s needs, including to C-level audiences, to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Enable and co-sell with channel partners to speed up lead and revenue generation.
  • Deliver accurate quarterly forecasts, report quota progress to management and Deal Desk, and keep CRM data current.
  • Mentor Account Executives and take part in training and continuous improvement.
  • Travel to conferences, sales meetings, and partner enablement sessions, and represent Qohash at panels, analyst briefings, and partner events when this supports active pursuits.
What your resume showsMust haves
  •     9-12 years in sales in cybersecurity data security, or a related field
  •     A demonstrable, established network of enterprise relationships (CIO, CISO, CFO level) with a track record of converting that network into new pipeline quickly.
  •     Recognized standing in the data security / cybersecurity community.
  •     Experience with channel and partner programs in the cybersecurity, data security, or related field.
  •     Proven ability to manage large enterprise sales cycles involving multiple parties and anticipating next steps.
  •     Capability to handle smaller deals where velocity is essential due to lower subscription amounts.
  •     Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves
  •     Familiarity with Data Security, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), firewalls, SIEM, EDRs, and other related technologies.
  •     Working knowledge of data governance or GRC program frameworks, and comfort discussing them at an executive level.
  •     Familiarity with sales processes such as MEDDIC.
  •     Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCSP, CISM, or equivalent).
What’s in it for you?
  •     Competitive salary range, plus uncapped commission based on quota attainment.
  •     Up to six weeks of paid time off annually.
  •     A comprehensive employer-funded health benefits package, featuring life insurance, short-term disability coverage, in- and out-of-network healthcare options, dental and vision coverage, and a health spending account (HSA).

Qohash is an Equal Opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion, national origin, disability, protected Veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. A working proficiency in English is required for this position based on the company’s operational requirements. Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
