About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing to help build and scale the demand engine behind Ask-AI’s Mosaic AI platform.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. You’ll design and execute programs that move prospects through the buyer journey — from initial engagement through pipeline generation and opportunity acceleration.

You’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps and Product Marketing to execute integrated campaigns, improve funnel conversion, and strengthen the marketing systems that power our demand engine.

This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and who understands how modern B2B marketing connects campaigns, lifecycle programs, and marketing technology to drive pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns that improve conversion from lead → opportunity
  • Develop nurture programs, engagement workflows, and segmentation strategies
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to strengthen the lead flow and conversion process
  • Plan and launch multi-channel, integrated campaigns 
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives targeting priority ICP accounts
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to translate messaging into campaigns and landing pages
  • Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms)
  • Manage segmentation, workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
  • Maintain campaign tracking best practices (UTMs, tagging, CRM integration, attribution)
  • Analyze campaign performance and lifecycle conversion metrics 
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns using a hypothesis-driven approach

You’re comfortable working inside marketing automation and CRM systems and understand how campaigns, workflows, and data infrastructure connect.

You embrace new AI tools and platforms to expand your impact and efficiency. 

Sales-aligned

You understand how marketing supports SDRs and AEs in complex B2B buying cycles.

Analytical and experiment-driven

You use data to evaluate performance and improve programs.

Startup-minded

You’re comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and building programs from the ground up.

Experience We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred, Marketo or similar acceptable)
  • Experience building lifecycle programs including nurture sequences, workflows, and segmentation
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing-to-sales integration (Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and funnel metrics
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth B2B technology environments
