What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing

As a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing, you’ll use your deep understanding of demand generation, lead attribution, and CRM-driven engagement to support our CRM strategy and help accelerate customer growth.

You’ll help design and execute integrated campaigns, optimize our website performance, and manage paid media initiatives to help us reach and convert new customers. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Our Digital Marketing team is passionate about marketing and technology. They thrive on data-driven decision-making, love optimizing customer journeys, and bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help develop and execute lead nurturing programs within our CRM to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Implement and refine CRM automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies by testing and refining user journeys.
  • Manage our website tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager and GA4, to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Report on key performance metrics to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure our marketing strategies and goals are aligned.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in digital marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience developing and executing multi-channel customer acquisition strategies, including paid media, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and optimize the full customer journey.
  • Strong command of performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in using data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of reporting suites, including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and funnel reporting is an asset, Power BI experience preferred.
  • Experience with partner marketing programs is a strong plus.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or personalization engines would be an asset.

We really mean it when we say we put you first. Here are a few ways how:

  • Hybrid work! Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the office 50/50.
  • Competitive compensation plus employee share purchase plan, pension, RRSP, and staff insurance discounts.
  • Well-being matters: Flexible health benefits, wellness programs, early leave days, and recognition programs.
  • Career growth: Education assistance for CIP, FCIP, CRM, and other courses, plus leadership training and mentoring.
  • Community impact: Donation matching and team volunteer days.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.

This is a real opportunity — we’re actively hiring! If the role sounds like a good fit, we encourage you to apply. Beyond base pay, we offer a robust Total Rewards program that includes benefits, wellness support, and other meaningful perks.

We also want to be transparent about our hiring process. While one of our systems includes AI capabilities, over 99% of our screening is done by real people. We believe in thoughtful, human-centered hiring decisions, and are committed to giving every application the attention it deserves.
