We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to help prospective customers understand how Ture can meet their business, technical, security, and operational requirements.

You will partner with account executives throughout complex sales cycles. You will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, design proposed solutions, answer security and integration questions, and guide proofs of concept.

You will also help ensure that the solutions sold can be implemented successfully.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations tied to customer priorities.

  • Design solution architectures and integration approaches.

  • Explain Ture’s privacy model, security controls, APIs, data flows, and deployment options.

  • Support RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, technical questionnaires, and procurement processes.

  • Plan and lead technical validations, workshops, and proofs of concept.

  • Identify technical risks and prevent unrealistic commitments.

  • Create diagrams, solution briefs, demo environments, and reusable sales assets.

  • Coordinate with product, engineering, security, customer success, and implementation teams.

  • Bring market feedback into product and roadmap discussions.

  • Improve technical qualification and pre-sales processes.

  • Support clean handoffs from sales to implementation.

What you’ll bring
  • 7+ years of solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or comparable experience.

  • Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS sales.

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, and cloud software.

  • Excellent discovery, demonstration, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to communicate credibly with executives, business buyers, architects, engineers, security teams, and procurement stakeholders.

  • Experience navigating RFPs and enterprise security reviews.

  • Strong commercial judgment and an ability to focus technical discussions on business value.

  • Ability to work across multiple opportunities while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

Nice to have
  • Experience with HR technology, workforce systems, recruiting, learning, benefits, or government platforms.

  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, SSO, SCIM, and data-warehouse integrations.

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable enterprise systems.

  • Experience selling AI-enabled products.

  • Familiarity with security and privacy frameworks relevant to enterprise buyers.

What success looks like

Within your first six months, you will have:

  • Established a repeatable technical discovery and validation process.

  • Improved the quality and relevance of product demonstrations.

  • Helped progress and close technically complex opportunities.

  • Reduced risk during the transition from sales to implementation.

  • Created reusable assets that make the broader sales team more effective.
