Summary about Viral Media
A short-form video content as a service (CaaS) company and SMM (social media management) agency focused solely on short-video engaging video production. We offer our clients nearshore pricing for we are located in Latin America and service clients primarily in the USA but also globally and in LATAM. 


Primary Role

To support in building “organic” (not paid) social channels for accounts assigned to the SMM manager. Organic means building a community through viral, engaged community of followers on Tiktok, LinkedIN, etc and continually engaging and providing real value to that community per account. Then convert that community for example to; 


  1. Make a purchase (ecommerce, join a paid community, buy a course) 

  2. Set A B2B Sales Appt (send community through a funnel to schedule a sales call for example)

  3. Job Application (use community to hire, get referrals for a job application) 

  4. SaaS (to build a community around a SaaS product or service to convert them into paying members)

  5. Many more example - but it all stems from building an organic community. 



Job Description: 


  • To support Viral Media in account management regarding Social Media content posting across social channels. 

  • Manage our SMM posting tool called www.vistasocial.com and manage multiple accounts and those account channels for daily content posting across their channels. Postings can be but not limited too;

    • Repurposed articles 

    • Custom Articles

    • Short-Videos (Vertical)

    • Long-form videos (horizontal) 

    • Carousel posts 

  • All content will be provided for each account for SMM Manager to post, rarely will the SMM manager need to generate content but could happen. 

  • All content will be provided per individual account folder within our Google Business Workspace the SMM manager will have access to. 

  • Other types of content (i.e. Repurposed Articles) will automatically be added to VistaSocial via our automation system as “draft mode”. 

  • SMM Manager will need to manually upload videos to Tiktok to ensure the algorithm which we can train if not having experience. 

  • SMM Manager is responsible for ensuring the correct post optimization with the correct keywords, hashtags, categories, etc, etc for the post to be placed within each platform's algorithm to go viral. 

  • SMM manager will need to manually pre-build LinkedIN Newsletter articles and schedule those weekly which is not part of Vistasocial. 

  • SMM manager will be required to check all posting for all accounts to ensure posting are being sent from vista social correctly, correct spelling/grammar, image, links, hashtags etc. 

  • SMM manager will be responsible for generated bi-weekly SMM reports for each account. VistaSocial has a reporting dashboard however manual reports will need to be generated from Tiktok and LinkedIN for more accurate SMM growth, engagement, recommendations on content, etc. 

  • SMM should be aware and have knowledge of account industry viral topics, hashtags, keywords, posting type, etc. For example, if SMM is managing one of Viral Media's B2B accounts to generate sales leads, the SMM manager should have full knowledge about that type of business and target audience.

  4. Meta Platform, creator platform and analytics 

  5. Youtube platform, creator platform and analytics 

  6. VistaSocial SMM tool or similar platform 

    1. Posting scheduling per account per social channel

    2. Account connection accuracy and sending content properly

    3. Hashtags grouping per account 

    4. Proper content calendar scheduling per day based on per content type (article, video, carousel, etc.) 

    5. Channel reports, growth 

    6. Responding to comments, likes, etc per account per channel 

    7. Per account media, asset management per channel 

  7. Slack - Viral Media - project communication 

  8. ChatGPT - content writing, summaries, etc.
