We are seeking a growth-oriented revenue marketing leader to develop and drive our enterprise segment marketing strategy and programs. In this role, you will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing programs to achieve growth objectives and engage target enterprise accounts throughout their buyer journey. You are a seasoned marketing leader with a strong understanding of levers to raise awareness, engage and educate high value target persona in senior security and IT decision-maker roles. You will apply your campaign design experience to commission the content your team needs and develop the optimal mix of digital, ABM, email, event programs to get your job done. Your ultimate measure of success will be lead and pipeline generation in ICP enterprise accounts.


This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise-specific marketing in the technology, cybersecurity or SaaS industry. 
  • Enterprise Market Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, particularly within IT, Security, or similar domains. Experience with ABM and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and nuances.
  • Campaign Development: Proven track record of owning, designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth within enterprise markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across departments.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Advanced ability to analyze data to measure success and refine strategies for improved results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a range of audiences.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach to marketing, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to evolving market trends.

What you can expect:

  • Develop the Enterprise Segment Marketing Strategy: Establish the campaign strategy, objectives, and key results for the Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for provoking Enterprise demand, and driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline through targeted marketing programs. 
  • GTM Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Enterprise Sales to align marketing strategies with sales priorities, refine targeting and account surround tactics for high-impact accounts, and ensure marketing efforts are directly contributing to pipeline growth and revenue objectives within the enterprise segment. 
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that address the unique needs and pain points of Enterprise customers. Working with Solutions and Content Marketing, develop a structured buyer journey framework that addresses each stage of the sales funnel, from awareness to consideration to decision. Utilize a blend of marketing channels, including digital, ABM, email, events, and high-value content, to create campaigns that engage, educate, and drive conversion among enterprise prospects.
  • Field & Partner Events: Activate CISO-focused and high-value, high impactful in-person experiences as a key tactic for engaging Enterprise customers. Develop a strategy for targeting and driving Enterprise CISO participation that capitalizes on 1Password hosted events. 
  • Messaging Consistency: You will be accountable for ensuring consistent messaging is used across all channels to reinforce our value proposition to Enterprise customers.

USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $150,000 USD and $202,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.


Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $132,000 CAD and $178,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.


At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to, annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the US.
