Senior Sales Director

What does a successful Senior Director, Sales do at Fiserv? 

As a Senior Sales Director at Clover, you will lead the expansion and success of our direct sales organization in our Central region of Canada. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, scaling the team, and executing strategic programs. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a world-class sales organization that drives innovation and supports client engagements and partnerships.

What you will do:

  • Own revenue targets and pipeline development across the central sales teams.
  • Translate corporate objectives into tactical regional execution plans.
  • Drive cross-sell strategies across Clover’s ecosystem of products (POS, payments, software, value-added services).
  • Architect and scale an outbound business development engine focusing on lead generation and vertical expansion.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing sales managers, account executives, and business development managers.
  • Embed modern sales methodologies across the sales team to improve close rates and deal velocity.
  • Own the evolution and effectiveness of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Catalyst, and GEO.

What you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with proven success scaling high-growth teams.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry or with a high-growth technology company.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales, POS/payments, and consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead net new sales, outbound prospecting, and back book revenue expansion strategies.
  • Hands-on experience implementing sales methodologies and building scalable sales infrastructure.
  • Fluency in Salesforce and modern sales tools with a data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, or work experience.

  • Certified in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Sandler).
