As our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will drive business decisions and play a crucial role in optimizing revenue processes, tools, and data insights. As a member of the RevOps team, you will collaborate with leadership across Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Alliances, and Marketing to ensure cross-departmental alignment and lead-to-close efficiency. This role requires strong business acumen, clear communication, an analytical mindset, and a passion for solving complex operational challenges in a SaaS environment.

  • Own and optimize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle to improve scalability and address workflow bottlenecks in Sales and Marketing.
  • Guide stakeholders on best practices for pipeline management, forecasting, and accelerating deal velocity to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC) and provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with IT and CRM administrators to enhance the sales tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach) and resolve issues.
  • Ensure data integrity by defining and enforcing standards for data management and improving Rules of Engagement (RoE) across systems.
  • Lead revenue forecasting initiatives, ensuring accurate data inputs from cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders with data-driven recommendations. 

Here’s what will qualify you for the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related analytical role within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across a business.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, and functions like SUMIFS, QUERY, and ARRAYFORMULA. You will also need proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-close processes (including MQL, SAL, SQL, and Win/Loss stages), SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC) and how these metrics interconnect.

Here’s what will make you stand out:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight), and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality best practices.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
