At Wasabi, we’re a proven collection of pioneers, visionaries and disruptive doers. We see things differently than our competitors, and we make our mark in the industry by challenging the norm and delivering the unexpected and improbable. We’re a fast-growing company taking the Cloud Storage industry by storm and recognized as one of the best places to work in Boston.

Wasabi hot cloud storage is a new class and category of cloud storage, breaking all traditional barriers and boundaries of storage with a disruptive value proposition of being 1/5th the cost of AWS S3, faster than the competition, with no fees for egress or API requests. Cloud storage has never been so simple, so fast and so inexpensive. It’s all part of our vision to make cloud storage the next great global utility, just like electricity.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior AI Finance Analyst to own how Wasabi uses AI tools, initially focused on managing all aspects of revenue forecasting and analysis, and more broadly how to accelerate the implementation of our AI strategy across the company. This is high visibility position for someone who thinks like an investor and can become a trusted person to the leadership team for ad-hoc analysis. We want someone with the analytical discipline of a VC or PE investor, the modeling craft of a strong Strategic Finance analyst, and the curiosity to push what AI and autonomous systems can do for a high-growth technology company.

Where You Start: Revenue Strategy

  • Leverage AI and BI tools (Claude, Codex, Snowflake) to provide weekly, monthly, annual and long-term forecast and revenue trends. Communicate those insights across products, regions, and customer cohorts to our Sales and Leadership teams.
  • Connect the forecast to unit economics, capital expenditure investments, and the impact on the P&L, working closely with Finance.
  • Identify high-impact business opportunities and leverage AI tools and ML models to drive analysis that leads to a clear recommendation.
  • Build annual planning and regional quota targets, integrating bottoms-up and tops-down sales productivity models.

Where You Grow: AI Across the Business

  • Identify and lead the implementation of high-impact, cross-functional autonomous systems where AI agents and emerging technologies can scale our productivity.
  • Evaluate new growth opportunities and lead ah-hoc analysis and build a system to support them.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and emerging technologies that work across Finance, Sales, and the broader business, partnering with Business Intelligence, Business Systems, Sales Operations and Product teams.

What You Bring

Required

  • Exceptional and engaging communicator. You can summarize complex analysis in simple and actionable terms.
  • Genuinely curious about AI and eager to leverage tools to improve forecast speed and accuracy. You have experience in building Claude Code Skills or Codex Automations that are transferable to other teams and comfort learning and deploying new technologies.
  • Strong Finance background. You can clearly explain the differences between ARR, NRR, bookings, billings and revenue to different audiences.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly understand company policies, Rev Rec process and overall style of the Wasabi.
  • 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, Data Analysis, VC, or PE.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a SaaS, cloud, or consumption-based business.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and modern BI tooling (Tableau or similar).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite as source systems.
  • Exposure to channel or partner-led revenue models.

Working Style

  • Boston or Remote (US) on US Eastern hours.
  • H.O.T culture with high autonomy, high accountability and a collaborative, supportive style to support a company consistently recognized as one of the best places to work.
