Senior Project Manager (PMO)
Enterprise Delivery | Customer Experience
Lead complex delivery with confidence, influence outcomes at scale, and help shape how Intelex delivers.
At Intelex, Senior Project Managers are trusted delivery leaders. This role goes well beyond managing plans and milestones—you are accountable for complex customer outcomes, coaching other project managers, and continuously improving how we deliver across the organization.
As a Senior Project Manager within the PMO, you lead large, complex, and multi‑phase SaaS implementations, act as an advocate for Intelex and the Customer Experience (CX) organization, and serve as a role model for strong delivery leadership.
This role is for Project Managers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to lead at scale, influence strategy, and raise the bar for delivery excellence.
Why this role matters
Our largest and most strategic customers rely on strong delivery leadership—not just execution. Senior Project Managers ensure projects stay aligned to business objectives, risks are proactively managed, stakeholders are engaged at the right level, and delivery teams are set up for success.
In this role, you don’t just deliver projects—you help shape methodology, mentor others, and strengthen Intelex’s reputation with customers and partners.
What you’ll do (and why it’s impactful)
Lead complex delivery end‑to‑end
You’ll own the delivery of complex, multi‑phase, and enterprise‑scale implementations—from initiation through go‑live and stabilization—balancing client satisfaction with Intelex business objectives.
Provide senior delivery judgment
You’ll actively monitor scope, schedule, budget, and risk, using experience and judgment to manage tradeoffs and change effectively. You anticipate challenges early and guide teams and customers through them with confidence.
Influence at all levels
You’ll lead executive‑level discussions, facilitate steering committees, and represent Intelex with minimal oversight. You tailor communication to the audience and provide the right level of detail to drive alignment and decisions.
Strengthen delivery practices
You’ll identify delivery inefficiencies, develop best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodology, standards, and assets across the PMO.
Coach and develop others
You’ll act as a mentor and coach to Project Managers and new team members, helping build capability, confidence, and consistency across the delivery organization.
Drive strategic value
You’ll identify opportunities for additional value within projects—such as expanded scope, additional services, or future phases—while supporting sales teams with scoping and effort estimation when needed.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll report to the Manager, Project Management Office and be part of a global Enterprise Delivery organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Support.
