The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager at HYPERMUSE - this role is the engine that keeps the studio moving - from first client call to final delivery. You’ll run fast-paced, high-touch productions across AI image and video, managing multiple projects in parallel while protecting creative intent and ensuring everything ships on time, on brand, and with zero chaos.

We’re looking for a Senior PM who brings presence, taste, and fire - someone who can contribute to ideas, ask the right questions, and help shape the work in early conversations, even if you’re not the one leading the full creative strategy. You’ll be client-facing throughout the process, guiding stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and momentum. Because this is AI-enabled production, the bar for trust is higher: you’ll keep projects structured and transparent, ensuring approvals, usage considerations, and deliverables are handled responsibly and professionally - without slowing the studio down.

Your Role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI image/video projects - from kickoff to final delivery - across multiple clients and timelines.
  • Lead client communication throughout: run production check-ins, manage expectations, drive next steps, and ensure feedback is consolidated into clear, actionable direction.
  • Partner on early-stage alignment: support the brief intake and concept alignment phase by asking smart questions, challenging assumptions, and helping refine the scope into an executable plan.
  • Build the production framework for each project: timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval gates, versioning, and “definition of done” for every deliverable.
  • Run working sessions with Creative + Production to keep output flowing, remove blockers, and maintain momentum during rapid iteration.
  • Protect creative intent while keeping the machine tight: ensure the team is producing at speed without compromising taste, brand fit, or quality standards.
  • Create clean systems and documentation: briefs, alignment notes, review trackers, handoff packages, delivery folders - everything organized, traceable, and client-ready.
  • Manage trust and compliance signals (without being heavy): ensure clarity on what’s being produced, what’s being delivered, and what the client is approving - avoiding any “black box” feeling.
  • Continuously improve how the studio runs: identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and implement better processes as volume grows.

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of project management experience in a creative agency, production studio, content studio, or communications agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel with high client touch, tight timelines, and lots of stakeholders.
  • Strong production instincts: you understand how creative work is made (reviews, iterations, approvals) and how to keep it moving without draining the team.
  • Excellent client presence: confident leading calls, handling pressure, and turning ambiguity into a clear plan.
  • Highly organized and systems-minded: you bring structure that enables creativity - not bureaucracy.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where tools and workflows evolve quickly (you adapt fast and stay calm).
  • Enough creative sensitivity to contribute: you can spot risks, ask the right questions, and help shape direction—but you don’t need to be the one writing the entire creative strategy.
  • Experience building scalable workflows in a growing studio or start-up environment.
  • Big Plus : Experience working with AI-enabled or rapid-iteration creative pipelines (or a strong curiosity and real exposure to AI tools/work).
  • Familiarity with usage rights / licensing sensitivities in content production (helpful in AI contexts).
