The Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Capco, you’ll play a central role in unifying programme components across technology, controls, and operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure preventive controls, incident response, and reporting operate as a cohesive, well-governed capability aligned to enterprise risk priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the insider risk integration workstream, ensuring cohesive operation across technology, controls, and operational teams

  • Coordinate integration of preventive controls across Fraud, Cybersecurity, AML, and Corporate Security

  • Align incident response processes across detection, investigation, cyber response, and corporate security teams

  • Support integration of monitoring tools, detection platforms, and data pipelines in line with enterprise architecture

  • Own programme-wide reporting, including dashboards, metrics, and senior leadership updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading complex project or integration workstreams within risk, security, or financial crime environments

  • Strong understanding of insider risk, fraud, cybersecurity, AML, or related control domains

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and senior stakeholder alignment

  • Experience with programme governance, reporting, and executive-level communication

  • Structured, outcome-focused approach with strong delivery discipline

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working within banking or payments organisations

  • Exposure to enterprise monitoring, detection, or case management platforms

  • Familiarity with incident response operating models or security investigations

  • Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
