Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Capital Markets | Type: Permanent (4 days per week)

Supporting complex trading programmes with clarity, structure, and strong financial governance.

The Role
As a Project Manager at Capco, you’ll support the successful delivery of large-scale trading initiatives for capital markets clients. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to manage schedules, costs, risks, and governance, ensuring programs remain transparent, well-controlled, and aligned to business priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Support project and program management activities including risk management, timelines, budgets, and onboarding documentation

• Maintain and update the Integrated Program Plan to ensure strong governance, transparency, and actionable management information

• Track project schedules, costs, and dependencies to support timely, cost-effective delivery

• Collect, maintain, and manage project documentation in line with governance standards

• Escalate risks, issues, decisions, and priorities requiring management attention

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting project or programme management within trading or capital markets environments

• Strong understanding of governance, financial tracking, and delivery controls

• Confidence working with stakeholders to manage costs, schedules, and delivery dependencies

• Structured, detail-oriented approach with clear communication skills

• Familiarity with project and programme management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery roles

• Exposure to trading platforms, front-office initiatives, or regulatory programmes

• Knowledge of integrated planning and dependency management

• Experience supporting multi-stream or enterprise-scale delivery
