Position Overview                                  

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery and deployment of Migration, Compliance & Security projects for our clients.  Working closely with our clients, delivering milestones, and ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional team.  

Calm under pressure – the nature of the job involves multiple tasks and projects requiring attention at the same time, all the time. The position will require someone who is organized and will not be fazed by demand of the project. 

You will need to employ a consultative approach to the role, deliver results through stakeholder engagement, customer centric approach and service excellence.  

The position is expected to be directly billable on an hourly or fixed project fee basis with annual billable utilization targets applied individually and practice widely.  

Responsibilities        

  • Managing the full lifecycle of migration, compliance & Microsoft 365 projects from discovery, to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. 
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, mitigated, and achieved resolution. 
  • Working closely with the internal and external project team to ensure objectives and milestones are met to deliver the scope of the project. 
  • Understanding technical concepts and being able to explain them to business stakeholders. 
  • Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Presenting updates to client’s project board as well as Epiq’s project sponsors 
  • Work in close collaboration with other project managers to ensure alignment of process and deliverable on global projects. 
  • Delivery of the project to time, cost, and quality. 

Key Skills & Experience 

  • 7 years + Prior experience of managing multiple medium to large projects ranging from $10k to $1mm 
  • Experience in delivering to a contract and able to hold conversations with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strong experience in the management of risks, issues, and dependencies. 
  • Run a work stream meeting and manage all updates and trackers related to the meeting. 
  • Experience developing and executing a change management program across cross functional teams. 
  • Service Excellence and delivering on client’s objectives. 
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and able to build strong working relationships and achieve buy-in 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independent of direction for daily tasks. 
  • Strong IT skills and Microsoft applications 

Required Qualification                                    

  • BS/BA degree or experience in PMO or technical discipline such as software development, Data and Information management 
  • You have experience in a financial services organization is preferred but it is not necessary if you have experience in other regulated industries. 
  • Skilled in at least one type of project methodologies including PRINCE, Agile and Waterfall 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

The Compensation range for this role is $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 CAD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
