Job Overview

Our Experiential Operations, Production and Delivery team plays a pivotal role in the successful end-to-end delivery of our client accounts and events, owning client relationships, as well as supporting our integrated Experience team client roster. It’s a fast- paced, exciting, and diverse area of THE·TEAM, delivering projects across Canada and supporting clients throughout the US.

As part of an experienced and dynamic team, you’ll primarily focus on the successful management and operational delivery of large-scale signage and branding projects, while also supporting experiential builds, custom fabrication, integration of Experiential technology & tech, and complex installations depending on the needs of each project.

You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, from initial planning, feasibility and logistics planning, through the delivery of asset production, on-site installation, execution, dismantling, and return logistics.

Project planning and operational delivery are central to the role. You’ll lead internal and external stakeholder management, budgeting, creative assets, feasibility reviews, production planning, problem-solving and risk mitigation, and on-site crew and vendor management. This is also a hands-on role, requiring someone who is comfortable working alongside the team onsite and actively contributing to successful project delivery.

This role is part of our Toronto team and is based at THE·TEAM’s full-service warehouse in Oakville, with an on-site requirement of five days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the central senior day-to-day contact for internal teams and external vendors, with overall responsibility for successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop project and signage programs, budgets, schedules, and project documentation, creating effective delivery strategies aligned with client-led operational deadlines.
  • Lead the advance planning and management of complex production, logistical, and operational requirements, identifying risks and dependencies to ensure projects are set-up for successful delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day project budgets in partnership with the Associate Director, Experiential Ops and Production, ensuring accurate pricing and cost control, while overseeing purchase orders, budget reconciliation, and the timely submission and tracking of vendor invoices.
  •  Ensure clear and timely communication between the Creative studio and Experience teams, coordinating creative development, feedback, approvals, and production-ready files for vendor delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of creative assets, ensuring files are productionready, technically accurate, and meet all required specifications.
  • Partner closely with printers, fabricators, and production vendors to review artwork and production requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Lead production planning and workflows across internal teams and external vendors, managing production schedules, key milestones, dependencies, and deadlines to keep projects progressing efficiently and expectations proactively managed.
  • Manage Production and Logistics teams, developing staffing plans and overseeing capacity planning, resource scheduling, detailed project preparation, and onsite resources to support successful delivery.
  • Utilize internal inventory management systems to accurately categorize, track, and coordinate the safe storage of client assets.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with external vendors while identifying and developing new vendor partnerships to support evolving project needs.
  • Lead onsite installation and dismantling in partnership with vendors and internal teams, overseeing logistics, schedules, resources, and execution to deliver a seamless onsite experience.
  • Champion THE·TEAM's sustainability policy, identifying opportunities to align our sustainability goals with those of our clients through environmentally responsible materials, processes, and delivery strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in operations and production with experiential led sports and entertainment industries
  • Proven project management experience across operational planning and delivery, with the ability to manage complex projects against challenging timelines
  • Clear and effective communicator, demonstrated ability to work confidently across internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the diplomacy to navigate competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and maintain clear project systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risk, think creatively, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Confidence in leading financials across projects and client accounts, including budget management, forecasting, pricing, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build accountability, and foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and support the wider business as priorities evolve.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the initiative to develop ideas, take ownership, and carry projects through from concept to successful completion.
  • Willing and able to work in a hands-on onsite environment and actively contribute alongside the team, including extended periods of standing and walking, as well as lifting, carrying, moving, and positioning event materials and equipment.
  • Due to the nature of event and project delivery, flexibility in working hours is required. This may occasionally include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours to support onsite installation, event delivery, and dismantling.

Base salary range: $70,000- $80,000 CAD.
