Role

Trail of Bits seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager, Assurance to drive the successful delivery of client engagements and contribute to internal Go-To-Market initiatives. In this role, you will ensure project success through effective team coordination and client communication, serving as a key liaison between clients and technical teams. You will manage project progress, deliverables, and performance while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development opportunities.
Your expertise in managing complex technical projects will be crucial in delivering high-quality security solutions that meet our client’s evolving needs. Additionally, you’ll contribute to enhancing our project delivery frameworks by implementing best practices and innovative approaches that drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Project Execution: Lead multiple concurrent projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards while managing scope, timeline, and budget effectively.
  • Process Implementation: Apply established project management methodologies and tools to streamline project workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, progress reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Business Development Support: Partner with sales teams to identify potential project expansions and additional service opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Team Coordination: Guide project teams to deliver high-quality results while fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication channels.

  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrate strong financial and resource management through effective budget oversight, resource allocation, and comprehensive project documentation practices.
  • Account Management: Champion business growth by identifying development opportunities and nurturing cross-functional relationships to expand client accounts.
  • Professional Development: Bring recognized project management credentials (PMP preferred) and an adaptable mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $170,000 to $220,000, excluding benefits and potential bonuses. Various factors influence our salary ranges, including the specific role, level of seniority, geographic location, and the nature of the employment contract. An individual's specific work location, unique skills, experience, and relevant educational background will determine the final offer within this range. The presented salary range encompasses the starting salaries for all U.S. locations.
