Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Program/Portfolio Analyst with expertise in Portfolio Financial Management to support our teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Provides complex analysis and integrated reporting for the program or portfolio by partnering with various stakeholders across multiple cross functional teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Governance & Reporting

  • Conducts complex analysis and provides financial reports or dashboards for the program and/or portfolio
  • Analyzes portfolio data and identifies trends as an input into future practice, reporting or process improvements.
  • Monitors and coordinates information across many projects to create the integrated project schedule, track milestones and dependencies
  • Supports program /portfolio risk, issue, action, and decision management
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for transparency.
     

Financial Management & Budget Control

  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring alignment with financial plans.
  • Collaborate with project leads on resource forecasting, variance analysis, and cost tracking in Clarity.
  • Support financial planning, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Work closely with finance teams to maintain accurate financial records and compliance.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting cycles.
  • Identify and manage financial risks and impacts on project/program outcomes.
     

Vendor Invoice Management

  • Review and validate vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
  • Track invoice payments and resolve discrepancies.  
  • Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for audit and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Administrative Support
  • Work closely with various teams- delivery, finance, business management and vendor management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Control, Finance, or Project Support roles.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in financial management tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Clarity, JIRA, Apptio).
  • Experience with vendor invoice processing, procurement workflows and tools (Ariba)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial analysis, reporting).

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
