About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager, Engineering to help us scale how we build. As we grow, the complexity of our systems, teams, and processes grows with us. This role is critical to keeping everything running smoothly.

You’ll operate at the center of engineering, product, and business teams, driving alignment, accelerating execution, and ensuring we deliver high-quality software at scale. What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to scaling our engineering organization.

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement pragmatic, scalable solutions.

  • Optimize tools, processes, and workflows to increase Engineering efficiency and reduce friction.

  • Define and track key engineering metrics, using data to guide decisions and drive accountability.

  • Act as a force multiplier—removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams focused on what matters most.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Background in software engineering, ideally within a SaaS company.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.

  • Strong systems thinking and a bias for action. You don’t just identify problems, you solve them.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
