- Designing, developing, and executing software test plans and test cases
- Managing and maintaining advanced manual and automated QA processes
- Leading metrics tracking and reporting for quality improvements
- Analyzing product features from the customer’s perspective to influence design
- Collaborating across teams to support and enhance quality processes
- Owning QA projects independently and mentoring team members
- Participating in requirements reviews and providing expert recommendations
- Estimating timelines and scope for new software changes
- 5+ years of QA experience with proven success
- 3+ years of test automation experience
- 2+ years of specialized or industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with QA tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in developing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans
- Experience establishing complete QA processes
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Skilled in planning and estimating timelines for tasks
- Experience testing across Windows, Android, iOS, and Web platforms
- Exposure to building materials or retail industries
- Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with InstallShield
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: TestComplete (SmartBear), WebDriverIO, Locust, Appium
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development processes
- Experience using Jira for QA tracking
- Financial systems experience, especially Dynamics GP
- Above average math skills

Range:
Minimum: 70,000 CAD Maximum: 150,000 CADThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
