We are seeking a technically proficient and strategic Salesforce Capability Manager (Senior Product Owner) to lead the roadmap for Salesforce capabilities across the Bank. This role involves understanding business and technical requirements, strategic thinking and leading as a Product Owner.Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce Roadmap: Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for Salesforce capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Technical Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Effort Estimation: Provide high-level work effort estimates for Salesforce projects, ensuring accurate and realistic timelines.
  • Product Ownership: Act as a Product Owner for Salesforce initiatives, prioritizing tasks and managing the product backlog.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, driving continuous improvement in Salesforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to define hypotheses, conduct experiments (e.g., surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, A/B testing), and analyze data to inform product direction.
  • Leads agile teams to ensure value creation for business & users
  • Coordinates vendor delivery where development activities are outsourced
  • Actively coach the squad and support management activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in effort estimation and resource planning.
  • Product Ownership: Experience as a Product Owner, managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Salary range is expected to be between

    $94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
