Okta is The World’s Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.

Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.

The Team

Auth0 builds the best Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution on the planet. Hands down. We make application and AI agent access safe, secure, and seamless with an easy-to-implement platform designed by developers, for developers. Powering 10+ billion authentications every month, Auth0 serves customers of all sizes, including many of the most recognized brands worldwide. Our modern approach to identity enables this Tier 0 global service to deliver convenience, privacy, and security so our customers can focus on innovation. And our Product Marketing team is in charge of telling the world about Auth0.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, this role will drive the business and go-to-market to support the rapid growth of the Auth0 Platform. This includes creating compelling messaging and positioning, launching new features, enabling the field, and partnering with corporate marketing to target the right buyers and influencers.

In this role, you will play a critical part in redefining our B2C story. By now, the market understands that identity is security, but you know it’s also the secret sauce for a customer experience that actually sticks. While the industry has historically viewed identity solutions through the lens of security and compliance, you see it as a strategic driver of growth, loyalty, and seamless user experiences, and you will help the rest of the world see this, too. You will evangelize a simple truth: To get experience right, you have to get identity right.

What you’ll be doing

  • Scale the B2C Experience Narrative: Contribute to the strategic narrative for Auth0 by crafting compelling positioning that moves the market from seeing identity as a security checkbox to seeing it as a growth driver.
  • Drive Inbound Product Marketing: Serve as a critical partner to Product Management by connecting market opportunities to roadmap decisions. You will use market insights and competitive analysis to influence and shape the future direction of our experience-led solutions.
  • Orchestrate High-Impact Launches: Lead GTM execution for B2C features and products, ensuring alignment across the organization and that every launch delivers on strategic growth goals.
  • Establish the Blueprint for Success: Plug into how our most recognized B2C brands use identity to drive growth and distill these success stories into a repeatable blueprint that helps prospects realize their full value from the platform.
  • Deliver Strategic Market Insights: Establish a framework for analyzing B2C trends and consumer friction, ensuring these actionable insights are delivered back to the product and GTM teams to keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Partner with Marketing: Ensure our B2C experience story is at the heart of every campaign and demand generation program, enabling the field to target the right buyers and influencers effectively.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 4+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience for an enterprise-focused software, SaaS, or web services company.
  • Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience. You must be comfortable working with and marketing to technical buyers within enterprises.
  • Proven track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills, can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive programs from initiation to success.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and being the “voice of the customer”

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!

  • Familiarity with Auth0 or Okta technology or Identity and Access Management
  • Comfortable marketing to mix of developer, executive, and technical audiences
