Who We Are

At KEV, we help school districts eliminate the school finance blind spot. Our platform gives district finance teams real-time visibility and traceability into every dollar collected at the school level; whether it’s cash, check, or digital. From field trips to fundraisers, we help them manage every dollar with confidence. More than 27,000 schools across North America trust KEV to manage over $8 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, KEV simplifies life for bookkeepers, builds trust with parents, and gives finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. It’s how we help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most, student success.

Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing more than ever to support K–12 in a world of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast-changing tech. We’re headquartered in Toronto, with offices across North America.

If you’re excited by the idea of building tech that protects schools, empowers finance teams, and improves education through better systems, KEV is the place for you.

 About the Role

The Product Marketing team is integral to KEV’s success, driving market understanding, product adoption, and strategic go‑to‑market excellence through collaboration and deep customer insight. We partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver effective positioning, competitive insights, and revenue‑driving launch strategies while fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and data‑driven decision‑making.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product positioning, developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies, and empowering cross‑functional teams with clear, compelling messaging and insights. You will work closely with Product Management, Revenue, Enablement, and Demand Generation to ensure our products win in a competitive market.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Lead product positioning and messaging development — enabling clear market differentiation and improving product adoption and sales effectiveness.
  • Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for product launches — driving revenue growth and ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence analysis — empowering the business with insights that influence product roadmap decisions and help Sales win more deals.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and feature prioritization — ensuring customer needs and market opportunities shape product direction.
  • Develop high‑impact sales enablement materials (battlecards, pitch decks, product guides) — accelerating sales cycles and improving win rates.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation on campaign strategy — ensuring messaging consistency and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback — informing strategic recommendations that drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong cross‑functional communication routines — ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on product updates, competitive shifts, and market dynamics.
 Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within fast‑paced SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and building end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver on time and within scope.
  • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce (or similar CRM), HubSpot, Asana, Gong, and competitive intelligence platforms.
  • B2B SaaS experience required — EdTech or FinTech strongly preferred.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certification or Product Marketing Alliance training is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional skills in storytelling, positioning, market analysis, and cross‑functional leadership — enabling strong business impact.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, customer-centred messaging.
  • A data‑driven mindset — using insights to guide strategy, measure effectiveness, and optimize performance.
