LumiQ is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between our product development (tech and content) and our go-to-market teams (Sales and Customer Success). As the sole Product Marketer on the team, you will be responsible for the messaging, enablement, and external communications that drive acquisition and retention. You will work within a cross-functional team that includes Product Managers (Tech and Content), Strategy & Insights, Design, Regulatory Compliance, Sales and CS managers.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced PMM: You have 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS and/or professional education.
  • Independent & Proven: You have the proven ability to manage the product marketing function end-to-end.
  • Exceptional Writer: You possess strong writing skills with experience in technical case studies, whitepapers, and lifecycle email sequences.
  • Collaborative Partner: You have a track record of working effectively with Product, Sales, and Design teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Technically Proficient: You are comfortable managing content within a CMS and using marketing automation tools to execute email campaigns.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Sales & CS Enablement: Developing and maintaining the foundational sales toolkit (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards) and ensuring revenue teams are trained on new features and value propositions.
  • Content & Case Studies: Producing high-quality collateral, such as whitepapers and industry-specific case studies, that demonstrate the ROI of the LumiQ platform.
  • Customer Insights: Interviewing customers to extract success stories for use across the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Owning lifecycle marketing and outbound communication for prospective and active users to drive acquisition and keep them informed of product updates.
  • Engagement Monitoring: Tracking engagement metrics across outbound channels to identify and implement improvements.
  • Website & Positioning: Managing website content to ensure it accurately reflects benefits and translating product updates into clear, benefit-driven copy.
  • Brand Advocacy: Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all technical and educational product marketing assets.

The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $110,000 - $140,000. Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.

If you think your experience is most of the way there, we’d still love to meet you!

Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase.

Benefits and Perks:
- Health Benefits are available after 3 months with us, including a yearly health spending account. You'll also have access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support if needed.
- Hybrid Work Style: The best of both worlds. Enjoy remote work and a downtown Toronto office with snacks, events, and ping pong.
- Monthly team social events: (Super Smash Bro party, hot chocolate bar, Blue Jays game, Hot One's Challenge are just a few examples of what we have done in the past).
- Schedule flexibility: We know our employees have lives outside of work and don’t mind if you need to run to a mid-day doctor's appointment or pick up a kid early from school!
