ABOUT THE ROLE:



Plusgrade is searching for a collaborative, creative and customer-centric Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to shape, position and market loyalty products that loyalty programs will adopt and travelers will love.  This position plays a key role in driving demand, usage and continued relevance of our products through their lifecycle to support Plusgrade’s growth objectives.  


The Senior Product Marketing Manager works closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development and Partner Strategy.  The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience and success in partnering with Product Management in early stage product development.  You are confident navigating and influencing in a highly ambiguous environment, and you are always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


-Defining and regularly evaluating the value proposition, positioning and messaging for their portfolio of products

-Collaborating with Product Management and Commercialization on product roadmaps, requirements and go-to-market readiness

-Leveraging market intelligence and bringing the voice of the traveler to help shape and optimize our products 

-Creating compelling sales enablement collateral including but not limited to: sales decks, case studies and sales training content

-Building and executing go-to-market marketing plans for new products and features

-Collaboration with Business Development and Partner teams to support product and feature adoption 


YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:


-6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology environment

-Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives

-Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship with complex, cross-functional project plans

-Comfort and confidence working in a highly ambiguous environment

-Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging

-Resourceful and able to prioritize ruthlessly

-Experience managing, coaching and mentoring more junior team members
