Job Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Signal 1's AI Management System and its expanding product portfolio, including emerging capabilities like the Agent Control Plane. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating complex technical capabilities into clear and compelling value propositions for both technical and executive healthcare audiences, equipping customer-facing teams with the tools to win, retain and expand accounts, and bringing the voice of the market back to product strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented marketer with deep B2B experience and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for Signal 1’s AI Management System and expanding product portfolio, including the value narrative for future capabilities
  • Define and evolve category positioning for emerging product areas such as the Agent Control Plane, establishing how Signal 1 frames and names new capabilities before market conventions exist
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for healthcare executives (CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CMIOs, CMOs, CFOs)
  • Develop core messaging for technical audiences (IT, data science, and ML engineering stakeholders) alongside executive audiences, ensuring the value narrative holds up at both altitudes
  • Ensure consistency across product, sales, marketing, and customer communications

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

  • Partner with Product Management throughout the development lifecycle to plan and execute successful releases
  • Develop launch plans and customer-facing assets that communicate business value, not just features
  • Create and continuously refine high-impact materials including presentations, one-pagers, videos, competitive comparisons, and demos
  • Train and equip sales and customer success teams on new positioning, messaging, and launch materials so they can confidently sell, retain, and expand accounts

Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain differentiated positioning
  • Develop battlecards and insights that inform product strategy and sales conversations
  • Systematically capture customer and market insights — through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and sales feedback — and channel them back to Product to inform roadmap and strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas for executive audiences
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working across product, sales, and marketing
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with US healthcare enterprise sales and an understanding of the hospital buying process is an asset
  • Actively leverages AI tools such as Claude to work faster, manage more simultaneously, and continuously expand personal capacity and impact
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (5–15%)
