Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll drive monetization initiatives, craft compelling product communications, and use market insights to boost both player engagement and revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Own primary product revenue and retention metrics
  • Define and implement a monetization strategy by establishing pricing frameworks, approving in-app purchase pricing, and mitigating revenue risks in collaboration with FP&A.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including designing bundles, setting release cadences, and driving player reactivation efforts.
  • Manage integrated product communication initiatives by developing full-funnel marketing campaigns and ensuring cohesive, organization-wide messaging.
  • Leverage player feedback and market data to generate actionable insights, monitor performance metrics, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align cross-functional teams and initiatives with overall product and monetization objectives.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product/ecommerce marketing
  • Proven track record in developing pricing frameworks and monetization strategies
  • Experience owning key revenue and retention metrics
  • Experience designing and launching integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting promotional offers, bundles, and reactivation strategies
  • Evidence of effectively communicating strategic insights to executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated eagerness to integrate AI-driven tools into daily workflows, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance data analysis, campaign optimization, and strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation (e.g., managing revenue-related risks)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting cohesive product messaging
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from market research and data analysis
  • Experience setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate campaign performance
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Content, Marketing, Product, Operations, and FP&A
  • Adept at leveraging data analytics to inform pricing frameworks, promotional strategies, and market insights

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Gaming/live operations experience
  • History of managing customer engagement and in-app promotions
  • A creative and agile mindset, with proven success in pioneering innovative monetization and marketing strategies in fast-paced environments
  • Deep technical expertise in data analytics, A/B testing methodologies, and emerging technologies
Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Group Retirement Savings Plan matching & participation
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and vision) including Health + Wellness spending account
  • Generous time off policies
