The Opportunity  

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in defining and driving Flywheel’s product vision. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. Your ability to synthesize data, customer insights, and industry trends will be instrumental in building innovative and impactful products. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive Flywheel’s growth and enhance our market position. 

 

What You Will Do:  

  • Develop and own the product strategy, aligning it with Flywheel’s long-term business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Define and prioritize a high-impact product roadmap that optimizes customer experience and drives business success. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance. 
  • Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new features. 
  • Leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on Flywheel’s offerings. 
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful adoption. 
  • Own key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights. 
  • Serve as a thought leader, representing Flywheel in industry discussions, customer engagements, and strategic partnerships.

  • A strategic and customer-obsessed product leader with experience driving product vision and execution in the B2B space. 
  • A strong analytical thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • An exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and inspire teams across various functions and levels. 
  • A seasoned leader with experience managing and mentoring high-performing product teams. 
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Passionate about eCommerce, digital advertising, and leveraging technology to drive business impact. 
  • Bonus: Experience launching and managing features within a B2B SaaS product.

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

 

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
